We relocated to Idaho, and a good family friend referred Helen to us. We met several times while visiting the Treasure Valley, looking for our new home. Despite being several states away, Helen was invaluable throughout our search — responsive, informative, and knowledgeable. She built a database of potential homes, and walked us through our favorites each time we'd fly out. Considering it took us nearly six months to find a home, her patience is impressive. We have bought/sold a half-dozen homes, and Helen Money is the best Realtor we've ever worked with — we highly recommend her!

We're from Washington State and our first trip to Idaho was to find out what type of house we were interested in. By the time we left, our realtor, Helen Money, was already working on all the features we wanted. On our second trip a couple weeks later, we found our home, made an offer that was accepted a couple hours later! We are now the proud owners of our dream home. Helen Money is the most professional and caring person that I have met. She came along-side of me from day one and I felt as though we were a team. She stayed very close to me every step of the way and later proved to be a great therapist as I went through my many waves of anxiety with my "out of state" and first home buying experience. She was calming when I was storming, positive when I was doubtful, and strong when I couldn't see two feet in front of me. Her reassurance, direction, and knowledge of the entire buying process allowed me to sleep better at night. When it was time to pull the trigger, she said, "Do you trust me"? and I replied Yes! ...and she never let me down. There is honestly not one thing that I would change since the builder broke ground and as Helen was at the helm at every turn. Helen worked nights, weekends, and answered the phone at every time of the day. I'm not sure when she slept but I can tell you that she is very well respected from the mortgage broker, to the builder and worked very hard for a smooth transition for me and my family. After I moved into my beautiful home, she still came by to check on me and sit with me just because.... well, I guess we bonded and now I can call her my friend. I have sent friends and family to her as well. I just can not imagine going with any other realtor. She was such a gift to me in this experience and I highly recommend her!
